Overview

abstract

  • A firm understanding of the controls over carbon cycling in agricultural systems is needed so that we can manage for improved soil quality and yields. This project examines the interactions between factors controlling carbon accumulation in relation to tillage and landscape position in a winter wheat-pea-barley rotation, and enhancing natural decomposition processes in non-thermally managed KBG seed production systems.
