Casey Johnson is an Assistant Professor of philosophy at the University of Idaho. Casey's research brings considerations of social position and social power to bear on traditional questions in philosophy of language and epistemology. Most recently, Casey has been interested in epistemic labor, disagreement, and epistemic and communicative injustice. Prior to coming to the University of Idaho, Casey was a post-doctoral researcher on the Humility and Conviction in Public Life project at the University of Connecticut.
