Assistant professor, water resources engineer, modeler and computer programmer adept at remote sensing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applications for water resources.  Artificial intelligence follower for surface and groundwater hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.  Computer programming in C#, C++, FORTRAN, R, MatLab, and Visual Basic.  Geospatial statistics analysis, multi-spectral airborne/satellite remote sensing image processing for estimation of spatial water consumption by crops, land use and land cover, data base developing.  Excellent teamwork abilities.  Bilingual, Spanish and English.
