The Twin Falls Research and Extension Center is located in Twin Falls and is operated by the University of Idaho College of Agricultural and Life Sciences through the Idaho Agricultural Experiment Station. The Center is located on the College of Southern Idaho (CSI) campus in the Evergreen Building and supports UI Extension and agricultural research programs in south central Idaho. UI faculty and staff from CALS and the College of Natural Resources are housed in the facility.
Collaborative relationships with numerous agencies, groups and individuals result in a vast array of innovative educational programs. The Twin Falls Research and Extension Center faculty and staff also support Southern District County Extension programs, which are conducted by faculty located in 11 county Extension offices in south central Idaho.
Major research and Extension programs are conducted on agriculture, natural resources, youth, family, community and environmental issues.
