The School of Family and Consumer Sciences provides programs in instruction, research, and extension. The School offers Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees. Undergraduate majors include: Child Family and Consumer Studies programs in Child Development/Family Relations, Family Life; Early Childhood Development and Education; Clothing, Textiles, and Design; and Food and Nutrition, including an accredited Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Enrollment is over 400 undergraduate majors and 25 graduate students. The School has 13 academic, teaching, and extension faculty located in Moscow, Coeur d'Alene, and Boise, Idaho. FCS Extension programs are conducted throughout the state. All faculty are involved in research or other scholarly activity.
